Setting the Data Filter
The filter is located in the Menu/App User click the orange icon top left “Filter”
Set the filter for the app user and assigned unit, sent. the dates to what ever date sequence you desire. “I suggest an annual date from Jan 1st To Dec 31st for the current year. This will calculate the cost per mile “CPM” and Revenue per mile “RPM” This will give you a year to date average. The “CPM” is the most important number for you to know. That is your breakeven point that you want to keep your weekly and monthly reports to stay above this number
